All services offered on the Post Dice website are executed only after a thorough project analysis, clear scope documentation, and formal agreement. This ensures mutual understanding of deliverables and minimizes the chances of project disputes or cancellations. However, in the rare event that cancellation or refund is requested, the following policies will apply:
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@postdice.com within 7–10 days of the service agreement date.
Services purchased under special promotions (such as during Independence Day, Christmas, New Year, or other seasonal offers) are non-cancellable and non-refundable. These are limited-time offers and exempt from cancellation.
Domain name registrations and transfers are non-cancellable once initiated. These services are handled through third-party registrars and are final.
If a scheduled payment is not received within 7 business days of its due date, the related service may be canceled automatically without further notice.
Each service we offer follows a distinct process from initiation to completion. Therefore, the refund policy may vary depending on the service in question.
Once a project has commenced and certain milestones or deliverables have been completed, refunds will not be issued for the work already performed.
Administrative fees, setup charges, or installation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Any taxes or regulatory charges applied to the service will not be refunded.
Refunds will not be granted if a service is terminated due to the client’s violation of our Terms and Conditions.
There is no refund available for services that are ordered with same-day or 24-hour delivery due to the expedited nature of the work.
Post Dice will not be held responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by third-party providers and will not issue refunds in such cases.
