Cancellation & Refund Policy

At POST DICE, we aim to deliver high-quality branding and marketing solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which project cancellations and refunds are handled for services purchased through www.postdice.com or directly from POST DICE.
2. Project Initiation
A project officially begins once:
- The client approves the proposal or quotation, and
- An initial payment or deposit has been made as per the agreed terms.
Once a project is initiated, resources, time, and effort are allocated specifically to that project.
3. Cancellation by the Client
If you wish to cancel a project or service:
- Before project commencement: You may cancel before work has started, and a partial refund (after deducting administrative fees) may be issued.
- After project commencement: Once work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed based on the stage of completion and resources utilized.
- After project delivery: No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered work.

4. Cancellation by POST DICE
We reserve the right to cancel a project or service in case of:
- Non-payment or repeated delays in payment.
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Unforeseen circumstances that prevent service delivery.
In such cases, we will notify you promptly and, where applicable, issue a partial refund based on the work completed.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds, when applicable, will be determined as follows:
- If the project has not started, a refund (minus processing fees) may be issued.
- If the project is in progress, partial refunds may be provided based on unutilized resources.
- If the project is completed or delivered, no refund will be applicable.
All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of POST DICE.
6. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- Consultation or strategy sessions.
- Digital assets, designs, or deliverables already shared.
- Third-party costs such as ad spend, domain purchases, or software subscriptions.
- Custom packages or one-time promotional offers.
7. Processing of Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Please note that bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.
